WC very uncomfortable
Everything was impeccable from the room, to the lounge which had an open space kitchen, breakfast included in the price and very good with many products from which you could choose, the elegant bar and the very nice, very helpful staff. I will definitely come back here but I want to stay longer, too bad I only had time to stay one day!
The hotel was amazing, great view from the room of the tower of London and tower bridge, the room was absolutely gorgeous. Staff could not fault them nothing was too much. Location was fantastic, borough market, tower bridge, tower of London, st Katherines dock, and the embankment all within easy walking distance 2 mins from tower hill tube station so the rest of London can be explored. The best location you can imagine - just a min walk to Tower Hill underground and the Tower of London. Cozy room for a solo traveller equipped with everything necessary. Helpful staff, clean and sound proof room.
Room looks a bit tired. There would be no space for two open suitcases. Minibar is absent.
Location was excellent the hotel should not be a five star. It should be more of a 3 1/2 star. The room was not properly clean and I didn?t get all of the amenities that would have it was advertised.
The room was rushed to be cleaned and not all amenities was in the room, such as slippers and robe. I had to call down to the reception desk and immediately took care of it.
Lots of space and great facilities for if staying more than one night. Great Location and we even got an upgraded room on arrival!
