Location was excellent the hotel should not be a five star. It should be more of a 3 1/2 star. The room was not properly clean and I didn?t get all of the amenities that would have it was advertised.
The room was rushed to be cleaned and not all amenities was in the room, such as slippers and robe. I had to call down to the reception desk and immediately took care of it.
Lots of space and great facilities for if staying more than one night. Great Location and we even got an upgraded room on arrival!

Awesome location. Steps away from tower hill train station. The staff is very professional. It does feel like 5* that it is.
Breakfast was good but when you are there for many days, it is the same every day. On the last few days of my trip, I could not handle the same breakfast any longer so I skipped it.
