The buffet breakfast was amazing with so much lovely food to choose from. The restaurant catered for all nationalities and everything was so fresh
Prices on the upper top deck areas were very expensive, but if you wanted views of Bangkok then you certainly had them !!
Staff were very accommodating, views were excellent, rooms were very comfortable.
Gym was quite basic, only outdoor pool.
We had a river view room on the 53rd floor - views were to die for !!! The room was very spacious and was serviced twice daily. Drinking water was plentiful and once agsin top up twice a day. The free snacks and daily drinks on M floor were plentiful and delicious with more excellent views. The staff wete all friendly and eager to please.

A truly spectacular stay. I cannot recommend Tower Club at Lebua highly enough! I wish we had stayed longer. From our check-in to check out, it was a sublime experience. On our arrival, we had a drone buzzing up and down outside the room! That was quite surprising! However we came to discover it was a drone using imaging technology up and down every inch of the building to check for structural issues after the recent earthquake. The staff were amazing and its worth getting the room with the lounge, pool and Breakfast are also great. Views of the river was amazing and on the whole a great stay.
The Balcony didnt have a chair to sit and enjoy the fab view and the lounge space seemed a waste of space no TV. The roof bar is EXPENSIVE!
Amazing room with an amazing view. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. The breakfast was world class and the club lounge was amazing value.
The elevators. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Only 4 elevators available for the whole building. Often times one or two elevators were unavailable. The minimum wait for an elevator was 10 minutes every time you needed to use them. Quite often more. And when they did arrive they were full!!
Couldn't fault this hotel. Great location, great facilities, great staff, great breakfast.
