Pros (+) Gorgeous estate with beautiful views, just outside Florence. Wonderful staff and food!
Cons (-) The pool was a bit down the hill from the main building but that was only a minor inconvenience and it still had beautiful views.

Pros (+) The place was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous views. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We even had someone take our bags from our car to our room for us, in a buggy. The wine tasting tour was excellent and there were loads of other activities to take part in. The pool was lovely also.
Cons (-) Maybe a larger menu. The lunch and dinner menu were the exact same.

Pros (+) Wonderful experience. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Bathroom toiletries were wonderful.
Cons (-) I would’ve liked a more efficient shuttle system to the parking lot, which is down a steep hill next to the pool. The staff could’ve been a bit more attentive in this regard. Breakfast was wonderful, but more dairy free options could have been offered.

Cons (-) Suggestion really, I think the pool and garden terrace area below it, which is lovely and in use every day we were there, could use some kind of refreshments facility, it seemed odd that this was absent. Visiting without a car would be an issue, it is a fantastic facility in every respect, but somewhat isolated.
