Stayed in a suite room which was stunning, really big, really clean and great for families. We loved the hotel design, pool, location, front desk staff where so helpful, turn furniture service and room cleaning were really efficient. Brilliant hotel
Needs a couple more pool loungers for busy times. Breakfast lacked a bit of wow we missed a couple days as was kind of average. Our room was on the street side and the music from the dance studio was super loud 2 nights - but ok the rest do not a huge issue, unless you plan on being in the room lots
Nice hidden place with spacious and cozy interior design, we received room upgrade on check in, complimentary port wine in the room. Room has all needed plates, glasses, etc. Food in restaurant was delicious, breakfast is 'a la carte', we personally love it more than buffet style. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Our stay in general was awesome.

The breakfast was great and the staff were happy to make small breakfasts for my baby. The staff were so attentive. Room size was excellent and very clean. The pool area was nice and relaxing and never too full. Location was great, 20 min walk down a hill to the main port but there are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel so you don’t need to go there all the time. We had an amazing stay...

Large comfortable bed. Shower & bath. Regular quality housekeeping. Good position for exploring the city (either on foot or by using the nearby metro) but peaceful at night. The pool was great after a long day sightseeing
The location of the hotel was central to attractions. The breakfast was lovely great variety on the menu. The staff were very helpful and always spoke to me and my daughter every day of our holiday...Always asked if we needed anything.

Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I've experienced. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect - nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late at night due to a delayed plane and they kept the restaurant open just so we could have some dinner. The breakfast was delicious (and a welcome change from the usual buffet style). Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. We will be back, 100%.
There wasn't anything we disliked.
Super location, garden is a little haven and clean pool.
We will return but would not opt for mezzanine as the spiral staircase is a little challenging for elderly people.

Pool was a bit crowded sometimes and there weren’t enough sunbeds. At the time of booking it was advertised that there’s full English/Irish breakfast which wasn’t the case upon arrival but there was still a lot to choose from the à la carte menu.
