Pros (+) The hotel and restaurant was wonderful.
Cons (-) I had booked a specific room in the hotel itself, which I chose because of its old world charm with access to cosy seating areas of the actual hotel. Instead we ended up in a modern two bedroom apartment just outside the actual hotel entrance. I was told it was an upgrade and it was nice, but I was disappointed as not the experience I had planned.

Pros (+) It is a lovely hotel with exceptional services. We were originally booked into a room on the 4th floor. It was a spectacular room but the stairs were too much for me and my husband. They immediately moved us to another wonderful room with hardly any stairs. The staff looked after our luggage in both cases. The views are fabulous.

We cannot fault this hotel. We had a wonderful room no 17. But what made it so special was the staff. What lovely people. One of the best places we have stayed.

Pros (+) Such an elegant hotel with best staff . They cleaned the suite twice a day. Breakfast was amazing. Great views, really helpful and friendly staff. They also had a pool and rooftop, but it was winter so we didn’t use it. I loved this place!
Cons (-) We weren’t informed about the room service. We didn’t see any menu at the room. So we thought there was none but it was. Also heather does not reach the bathroom. It can get cold sometimes.
