Pros (+) Staff all so friendly and helpful and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the room very comfortable. Excellent hotel perfect for a mini city break.

Pros (+) Staff was amazing! Very kind and helpfull. The best one we ever had. Interior design is modern and delightful, breakfast was good. Stunning views from the room and restaurant
Cons (-) Very bad soundproofing, we could hear every word and every step from the room next to ours, so we couldn't sleep at night. Toilets are not isolated from the bedroom...please leave open concept to prisons...this is a hotel and we want comfort. Hot water pressure was always very low. Rooms are very small. Indoor pools are almost as small as jacuzzi...we could't even use it.

Cons (-) I wouldn’t say the facilities were of a 5 star standard. The area around the indoor pool is very rough and ready and the jacuzzi in the indoor pool wasn’t working. We didn’t try the outdoor pool as the seagulls seemed to be at home in it! Very strange rules that we were only allowed 1 bottle of water in our room at any one time and at breakfast, the staff made it clear that we were not able to tak...
