Pros (+) Absolutely everythig, starting from the building’s architecture, the decor, the location, the ambiance in the room, the amazing view on the rooftop, the fact that we were welcomed with a lovely message and a surprise from the host, and the communication with them. Five-star services overall.

Pros (+) Tomis' Dreams is very well located, right in the old town of Constanta, on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafe's and ice cream shops. The room was spacious, with an interesting décor. We had a small balcony we could sit on and enjoy ourselves. On the top floors there are large common terraces where you could sun bathe or barbecue. Pros (+) What a great surprise on entering the building. Beautifully decorated room. Whoever decorated this whole building has great ideas and great taste. Everything is new. Perfect location in the centre of the old town but also very quiet. The roof terrace is very cool. Definitely the best accomodation we have had in Romania and we will stay here again next time we are in Constanta.
Cons (-) The stairs might be difficult for older people but we had no problems.
