The hotel is very clean, spacious and has ample facilities for guests, there is a family mart within the hotel so you never had to worry about running out of food or other necessities.
The location is very far away from everything except Disneyland & Legoland and while I booked it specially for the kids attraction, I did not check prior and the special theme kids facility is only available in August.
-We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland and it's great for a short taxi to Disney. -The kids loved the bunk beds - A large supermarket and family mart under the hotel - the restaurant in the hotel was nice but a very limited menu for kids.
- I thought it was an indoor pool, it's not. It's a bathhouse My mistake as I should have read the description better. -The room layout is very small for a family of 4. - Hotel restaurant is expensive - no nice restaurants in walking distance. - no shopping in walking distance - definitely don't stay at this hotel if you want to see fun parts of Tokyo.

How clean and friendly the staff was. The food was great it had a lot of options for everyone. The hotel had plenty of amenities in case you forget something or run out of toiletries.
I wish they had room service other than that it was perfect

Location near the metro station. Even if the hotel is in a residential area, the staff prepared a hand-out with excellent dining options all within 10min walk. The hotel also has a good restaurant. I liked everything but if I had to make just a few suggestions I would recommend : - a little bit more vacuuming below the beds. (It was not perfect but not horrible either) - adding a cold bath to the women's onsen. There are two hot baths and a wet sauna. - it is really nice to have a gym in a hotel in Tokyo. A rack of dumbbells could be added as there is room for it.Read more
The room was very comfortable, we slept so well, and rhe shower and tub (great size) were excellent.
The only thing we wanted was room service but other than that everything was perfect and the vacuum sealing machine was a huge bonus!
We like that the property was close to the train station so it was very easy to get to Disneyland which is why we was there.
We didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t get anything to eat in the hotel past 10:30pm. They would not bring extra water to your room. They only gave us 2 bottles a day however there was 2 adults and two children so we constantly had to go and get more. The make room service was very average. We didn’t find the staff very helpful.
