This hotel exceeded my expectations, beautiful hotel lobby, very nice and clean rooms, would highly recommend.
I just prefer a little softer bed and the beds were firm like most of Tokyo I would say
The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed. The kitchen staff does an amazing job. Everything is super tasty!
It’s not 9/10 experience as you get in other hotels. The reception staff, waiters etc, you just have a feeling it’s run by university students. Everybody is smiling, but if there is something out of ordinary going on, they’re just lost. Modern look, family mart in the hotel
Pillows and bed was not comfortable at all!
the two onsen-like pools, the cold plunge pool, the sauna.... what a helpful set of amenities to have on hand.
The sauna and plunge pools were excellent and really stood out. The rooms itself was huge and felt very luxurious.
The gym didn't have any free weights and some of the machines were broken. I stay for over a week and so no attempt to fix them. The washing machines don't use detergent, so whatever smell you are trying to remove just spreads throughout the wash. This for me was the opposite of cleaning
The hotel is very clean, spacious and has ample facilities for guests, there is a family mart within the hotel so you never had to worry about running out of food or other necessities.
The location is very far away from everything except Disneyland & Legoland and while I booked it specially for the kids attraction, I did not check prior and the special theme kids facility is only available in August.
-We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland and it's great for a short taxi to Disney. -The kids loved the bunk beds - A large supermarket and family mart under the hotel - the restaurant in the hotel was nice but a very limited menu for kids.
- I thought it was an indoor pool, it's not. It's a bathhouse My mistake as I should have read the description better. -The room layout is very small for a family of 4. - Hotel restaurant is expensive - no nice restaurants in walking distance. - no shopping in walking distance - definitely don't stay at this hotel if you want to see fun parts of Tokyo.
Great modern hotel built for the 2020 Olympics, cosy despite being rather big, welcoming and nice reception area, aonderful breakfast with both European and Asian options, nice rooms and comfortable bed, the convenience store located right at the hotel, possibility to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. How clean and friendly the staff was. The food was great it had a lot of options for everyone. The hotel had plenty of amenities in case you forget something or run out of toiletries.
I wish they had room service other than that it was perfect
