The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They facilitated a late checkout, gave away free drinks and were very mindful of our needs and wishes.
Toa Hotel is an amazing hotel. The staff were extremely nice and super helpful with every request. The breakfast was nice. The beach was so quiet and almost private, so you could enjoy it a lot. The location was also perfect for visiting Zanzibar.

Property was lovely and staff were great. All Inclusive had lots of options and fine for a picky eater like me. Room was spotless.
There isnt very much near the property and there is no option other than room service to get food made to order. Food was good but would have liked more of a restaurant feel than buffet.
Great team, they respond immediately and get you everything you ask for, always with a smile. The beach is very quiet and private . 3 pools are arranged very nice. We booked for half board and we were upgraded for all inclusive. It was much more then we expected.

The in-house tours services made me loose more than 150$ for their mistake on the exchange rates and I am still struggling to get that refunded. Horrible experience as the Safari was cancelled for the whole group, 15 of us, for their mistake. Very disappointing experience on that front.
I found the hotel very clean, both inside the room and in the hotel facilities. The only place where I found some garbage (and it wasn't much) was on the beach, but that could be garbage that comes in with the tide. I understand that the hotel isn't very big and maybe it's not worth having a lot of food and that it can even be difficult to access certain foods because it's in Africa. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. Excellent service all around!
The food was disappointing. There was little variety and diversity, making it feel like only a certain group was catered for. A broader selection would greatly improve the dining experience.
From the staff at the front desk (Ester), to Ahmed and Sophia in housekeeping, to all the restaurant staff- all wonderful and nothng was too much for them!
