Very efficient friendly staff.
The service at the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable, and towels were replaced daily, which was appreciated. However, the cleanliness could have been much better — we often found long hair left behind, which was unpleasant and suggested the cleaning wasn’t thorough.
The biggest downside, unfortunately, is the area immediately outside the hotel. Despite it being a good hotel, the surroundings are quite uncomfortable, with people waiting at the entrance frequently approaching you offering taxi ride, drugs and pr*stitution. It made walking in and out of the hotel feel awkward and at times unsafe.

We enjoyed our stay, hotel is on the beach, staff are very kind and welcoming.
Gym is really small, air con wasn’t working when I got there. Rooftop pool also was under maintenance and when it was open there wasn’t much water so we didn’t use

Great location just across Khe Beach and in walking distance to many good eateries. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Staff were very warm, professional and always proactive in offering assistance. The rooftop was also great to hang out at with a cool bar.
Pity that they didn’t provide bedroom slippers but only rubber sandals.
Great hotel, very clean and very good location! I highly recommend this hotel and I will gladly come back with my family and friends. All the staff were very kind and professional, excellent service!
