The room size, having that sofa bed for the family. We spent minimal time at the hotel so having to book 2 rooms would have been so unnecessary
The hot tub jets were in need of repair. After a night of 4 hours of standing vigil at my brother's funeral visitation, I was looking forward to getting relief in my back. It was minimal comfort
It was great to have a complimetary breakfast. Lots of hot options Could use a fruit option but otherwise clean area and friendly staff.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would totally recommend.

The bed was very hard, and I'm not used to that. The towel rack by the shower was broken so I had to put my towel on the floor next to the shower.
The breakfast was great. Hot and tasty.

Water pressure in the shower
We gathered in the pool area for drinks and conversation. The room was also large enough so we could extend our gathering comfortably when we left the pool. The morning breakfast is fantastic. They offer much more than most and it is always fastidiously neat and clean.
Television Wifi didn't work.
