The service, view, ambience and hotel vibe is unbeatable. The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. The staff were amazing and really made us feel at home, we really appreciated everything they did and so attentive. The restaurant was also amazing with great and unusual choices.
It was a bit expensive, but it's a lot cheaper booking directly through the website apparently.

Amazing place, sea and green jungle view every morning. Staff were super nice and always helped with everything we needed , breakfast was great and flexible. 100% recommended. Will come back for sure.

Breathtaking views from the room, restaurant, and all the hotel common places (even for the yoga classes!) as well as super friendly and welcoming staff. We particularly enjoyed the access to the Gilded Iguana surf club down at the beach (thanks to the hotel partnership), which made it very easy and comfortable to us to enjoy our surfing as well as the beach.
