Pros (+) A beautiful location. We were simply wowed by the space of the apartment. Everything was well catered for. The sofa bed was better than anticipated as 5 were in our party so needed the extra bed. The apartment was spotlessly clean.
Cons (-) The smell in the living area wasn't pleasant. It was like a drainage smell. Rather unpleasant so we bought some room spray to neutralise the odour. Only four chairs to sit out when we had booked a party of 5.

Pros (+) Really spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, lovely original features, really good location for accessing Lancaster Center and the University. We used the leisure facilities, spa, sauna and swimming pool. Will definitely stay again

Pros (+) Fab space. Especially living area and main bathroom.
Cons (-) No hanger on back of bathroom doors for clothes. Fire door slamming. A touch of air conditioning needed in summer. No instructions on how to work appliances.

Pros (+) Staff were great. Especially Dan.
Cons (-) Had to suck spiders up the hoover when I got there. Then, I had big moths in the bedroom, which wasn't good. Then, on the early morning start, the shower was cold. Had to call reception to get someone out to fix it at 7am The bar restaurant was nice food good. But closed on a Tuesday, which is strange and a lack of service for customers.
