Nice sized rooms and big bathroom. Quick response to housekeeping requests. Quiet rooms. Several dining options within walking distance, as also a supermarket and a shopping mall.
Breakfast is expensive. Occasional minor lapses by housekeeping (for instance tea bags and creamers not replenished) but quickly remedied.
Beautiful spacious rooms, perfect location, nice breakfast, very friendly staff
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that no matter how careful you are when showering, you will cause a flood, something should definitely be done about the shower stall
I forgot a valuable item (a white T-shirt from the brand "Ami") in my room after check-out. I contacted the hotel immediately the next day, and they first said nothing was found, then claimed it might have gone with the laundry. After that – silence. Staff extremely kind and prompt, very attentive to the clients' needs, the room was very clean, and the breakfast abundant and varied. The location is good, about 500 m to the Central Market Hall and one end of the Váci utca (the one close to the Szabadság híd). The hotel has its own underground parking, with an elevator, but only for cars up to 5 meters long.
The bathroom was designed to be a showroom, not very functional. If you use the shower, you'll have a flood... They could have built a classic shower cab, but it wouldn't have been the ''showroom''.
It was a beautiful hotel, the facilities were great and it was nearby a metro station.
Breakfast was diverse and good! The hotel is located on the calm street, 5 min away from the alley with plenty of perfect restaurants and cafe. Subway is only 5 min away. The city center is in a 40 min walk reach.
Super staff,very poolite and helpfull. Beds are super comfortable and food is very very good. Definetly will visit again.

Cleaning of the room during the stay wasn't good, they didn't charge the towels every day we had to ask for new towels

Loved the cleanliness and amenities. The room was nice and spacious.
We stayed in a room where the bed was in the loft and it was probably 30 degrees Celsius and it never cooled down, even with the air conditioning. We sweat through both nights of our stay because the staff couldn’t do anything to help us. Just keep this in mind in case you’re looking at a room with a lofted bedroom!
