Room cleanliness, all necessary needs are available and daily cleaning
Loved the cleanliness and amenities. The room was nice and spacious.
We stayed in a room where the bed was in the loft and it was probably 30 degrees Celsius and it never cooled down, even with the air conditioning. We sweat through both nights of our stay because the staff couldn’t do anything to help us. Just keep this in mind in case you’re looking at a room with a lofted bedroom!
The hotel was very clean and designed well. The beds were very comfy. The hotel breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. The room was really quiet. The staff were really friendly.
Air con did not work. Shower flooded the bathroom on the first use. However we told someone before we went out for dinner and when we came back, it has all been mopped up and then the next day, they fixed the shower and there were no problems after that. I think it was just not draining so needed upclogging.
Big room with one of the most comfortable bed, good breakfast with a lot of fruit and fresh juice options and until 11:00 during weekends, location in walking distance to the city center and near M3 metro station (good connection both to bus terminal and train station), helpful staff, free drink on the hotel bar and donation to charity when we chose not to have daily room cleaning.
Shower cannot be closed and water leaks everywhere
It was close to both metro and trams. Had some fab eating places close by. Staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were so good.
Pillows. But I am very fussy about pillows and take one of my own every where I go.

The packed breakfast was not as expected, taking into consideration that the breakfast at hotel was very good.
The room was spacious, clean, quiet and designed with taste. Big and comfortable bed. Complimentary water, full minibar. Nothing to complain, we liked it very much.

Hot rooms, difficult to sleep. Loud and not efficient air-conditioning, very loud street if window open.
The hotel is really nice with an amazing breakfast, 24/7 available purified/distilled water, comfy bed. I had a three day transportation ticket, the location was okay since there are bus, subway and tram stations very close. The public transportation is quite comfortable in Budapest. The shower was blocked right after I started to take a shower. Compared to the price and for a 4-star hotel, this is something that cannot be accepted. My room especially the bathroom was not cleaned properly. During the day, after I called the reception for help with the blocked shower; the lady did not listen to me first and hanged up the phone.
