Pros (+) Incredible views, in incredibly warm welcome, super thoughtful staff (preempting our needs before we even asked), gorgeous interior, super clean yet cozy, loved it!! True 5* service. So many lovely surprises like the hot water bottles in the turn down service. An amazing stop on our honeymoon!

Pros (+) Everything was perfect. The property is very well maintained with a beautiful garden and impeccable rooms. Great views from the terrace and pool. The staf is very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We would advise having the all inclusive package to get most out of your stay. This was our favorite hotel during our Sri Lanka trip.

Pros (+) Thotalagala is an exceptional property in an idyllic location. Staying there is a unique experience in terms of the service standards and the stunning views. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to visit again in the future.
