Cons (-) The food items on the breakfast buffet, that were supposed to be hot were cold each morning. The room was a little small and hot. There was no electric outlet close enough, to plug in the fan, that was provided, so that the air would blow on the bed.

Pros (+) A very comfortable hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms although not overly large, were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of food and beverages, catering for all dietary requirements.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Very central location.
Cons (-) I booked a business room which stated it would be big enough for a family of four. Sadly the room was small. The sofa bed was a large single bed certainly not suitable for two teenagers to share. We asked for a camp bed which they provided. We were there 5 nights. Other than one day the room was not cleaned properly only towels were changed.
