Pros (+) Perfect location in the Gulch neighborhood. Walking distance to Broadway but far away enough ti have a safe restful place to go back to.
Cons (-) My room was not clean when I arrived nor was it cleaned to my satisfaction throughout my stay. I was given a credit for the resort fee but for what it costs to stay here it should have been very clean.

Pros (+) The food was excellent everywhere that we went. The restaurant was great and so was the service.

Pros (+) Food and drink. Elevators were easy to summon without wait. Coffee shop was excellent. Pleasant staff.

Bath towels were always one or two short of our requested need, even though we asked twice for 4 towels per day. Pros (+) Marsh House was excellent - we ate there for breakfast. The hotel was clean and like the water and ice bar on the floor was a nice bonus.
Cons (-) My spouse and I were staying with our child and the full size beds were a little snug - prefer a queen set up. Also the check in process with the car - I realize Nashville is tight but we had to wait a long time to be able to squeeze in to check in and get the car to valet.
