Cons (-) Once again (stayed at the hotel before), I did not get the king-size bed I specifically requested, even though the option was offered when booking the hotel! I find this disappointing, especially since other hotels manage to accommodate such requests without any issues. It is a close of public transport and the university. It's not so distant from the Olomouc main station. Though I have arrived earlier that the usual check-in time, the receptionist gladly arranged a room, which was extremely convenient. The room was pretty big, and though it was late autumn when I stayed, the room temperature was well under control with the individualized air conditioning system....

Pros (+) Great location, right in the city center. Spacious room, very clean, fully equipped. Breakfast was great. the quality as well as the selection. The staff was also top notch, very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend a stay.
