Room confort, cleanliness, good breakfast selection.
Modern well equipped rooms close to station
No blinds so hard to get room fully dark. Idiots with posh cars revv their engines right outside around midnight so don’t plan on sleeping before that unless you bring earplugs!
Breakfast and the bathroom (especially the shower)
A bit noisy in the surroundings but expected as the hotel is next to the train station
Comfortable modern hotel with crucial A/C conveniently located next to the bus and train station.
Wardrobe would not fit dresses, but apart from that all was good. Not as noisy as a previous (disabled access) room and the A/C seemed to be functioning.
Super breakfast; staff great; felt welcomed
Had to ask for all table stuff for breakfast. Yet, sakt/pepoer/napkin/cutlery provided swiftly do not a big issued

Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice, car parking was easy and convenient, staff were very helpful. Location is close to the station and public transport is excellent

I do love this hotel. Location/rooms/facilities are amazing. Breakfast is great. Generally the staff are always great - Bea in restaurant was really helpful/thoughtful - she made a big difference and reminded me why I like this hotel so much.
Was a really strange experience - never experienced before. Checking in and being told that I had booked a disabled room - by mistake I may add - but that they would charge me extra to change to normal room (which was smaller btw) - be careful to check this if booking solo.
