The room was great ; a suite of rooms with every facility
I was asked to sign a waiver on arrival about compensation regarding noise disturbances. I thought it was strange until 7am when I was awoken by a large vehicle emptying what sounded like industrial garbage containers including glass recycling. I liked everything I was so surprised to find a really nice place to stay
The only thing is the noise policy, it was impossible not to make noise just by waking , I’m sorry
Love it very clean and close to everything and in walking distance

The unfortunate state of Asheville at this time brings some sadness to the experience
Huge one bedroom appartment. Great staff that texted info ahead of time to give info. Parking is free a few blocks away. Walking distance of all things downtown.
Wood floor was slippery in the bathroom. No parking place to drop off luggage.
The room was beautiful and comfortable.
The front door was locked when we arrived and it took a while until someone opened it. We had to park our own car a block and a half away and walk back in the rain. The elevator was broken and three 75 year olds had to walk up to the third floor. There was no water or other drinks other than coffee in the room. Staff were great! Furnishings were exceptionally chic! Location was great!
excellent location, rooms are adorable, staff is super friendly, unlimited access to water bottles from the lobby fridge (seems like a silly add but, water)
it’s an older building with the original hardwoods so the floors actively creak. Be prepared to be woken up when sometimes needs to get up in the middle of the night
It was charming and in a great location. Close to restaurants and free parking within short walking distance. Great staff and free water and snacks.
We liked everything but keep in mind it is on a busy street and rooms facing Broadway are exposed to street noise.
Great location and the rooms size was perfect for my family of 5. It was great to have a full living room and kitchen. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beautifully decorated and nice attention to detail.
Not much would have been better, it was a great stay. The living room was apparently a bit noisy to sleep in, but it was perfectly fine. We stayed one night only.
