Loved the location and size of the room and how clean everything was when arriving. Absolutely loved the roof top for pictures and the patio that came with the room.
I wish the room we had had a kitchen area instead of office. We never went inside of it so it was wasted space. One of the ladies in the front was very weird and seemed like she was on something at the time we were leaving.

The property grounds were very nice and well maintained. The room was decent size, spacious clean bathroom. We ate at Rascal for dinner and service was great and food and drinks delicious.
I did not get a great welcome on check in or out. Not rude, just not welcoming. It was our 1st time there, and for the price we paid, just didn't feel it was worth it. No real amenities. There was a crystal on each bed which was in line with the Sedona vibe. But only a keurig in the room. No offerings of coffee. Paid $6.00 for a cup @ Rascal and it wasn't even good, unfortunately. The rooms are big and so is the bathroom. The grounds were lovely and we could also charge our Tesla overnight.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Facilities were wonderful!
Your staff - wonderful people who are so accommodating of guests. We came here after a very long day of traveling and your team made me forget all about how bad that drive up was. That’s how good your staff is. :-)
