Wonderful

Pros (+) We brought our puppy for testing her in travel mode. She did great because we had a Casita on the golf course which allowed her easier access to outdoors. Also we were able to enjoy in room dining so we didn't have to leave her and still have a lovely meal.
Cons (-) Nothing. The first staff encounter was friendly and helpful and that continued with every encounter!

Pros (+) In its hay day I’ll bet this was a premiere property. The facilities have all the amenities of a premium resort. The grounds are very clean but are showing their age. Hard to explain.
Cons (-) Although my room was extremely clean, the toilet paper holder was falling off, the water closet door was showing signs of dry rot on the bottom and there was a water bubble in the ceiling above the bed. The stucco was missing and falling off the walls on the patio. The cleanliness of the room made up for this, but not what you would expect for the price.

Pros (+) Food was wonderful, service was great! We enjoyed the pool during the day and the live music at night. The grounds are lovely.
Cons (-) Repairs were needed to the room. The shower handle fell off on my foot while I was taking a shower. We reported the issue and we were moved to another room. This was very inconvenient but solved the problem. In addition, we were bothered by other guests throughout the night who were drunk and very loud outside our room (talking very loudly and pounding on their door to be let in). Considering how ...
