We love coming to the whiteface lodge for an enjoyable getaway
The last two times we stayed (in a year) the pool was closed and that is very disappointing since it’s the biggest thing our grandchildren and ourselves look forward too.
Atmosphere and staff we well above par, smores. Bird of prey, breakfast and coffee bar

Whiteface Lodge is perfection.
I didnt like how short my stay was. I wish I booked a longer trip.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Place was gorgeous.
I think there should be a map of grounds given at check in Pools weren’t warm enough and only one hot tub was hot

Beautifully decorated all of the staff were extremely accommodating and always such a pleasure to talk to
Comfy suites for family gathering. Great to have a full kitchen to use for holiday family dinner. Bowling and game room great for teens. Ice skating and sledding was the best hit.
The pool and hot tubs were not as hot as temperatures shown or noted. Hot tub was 92 while the sign said 103 There was a wedding on property and it took sometime for our food to get to our table roughly 3 hours.. A heads up would have been nice to have on the delay.. we approached the manager. After a friendly conversation The manager did assist us on the bill to the long wait
Location was good and easy to get to other sites in the area.
Was good the breakfast was free but was always the same, a little more variety would be nice. The Dinner menu was the same, no specials, after awhile a little boring.
Lots of amenities
Some of the amenities were not working properly. One hot tub not working outside. No fires were lit outside. Remote and phone batteries not working in room. Tried to call and order room service and no one answered.
It is a wonderful all-inclusive resort with restaurants, a pool, game room, gym, movie theater, spa, etc. All set in a beautiful location!
Could have used several grab bars in the bathroom.
