Cons (-) Questionable sound dampening. Was able to hear neighbors footsteps and bathroom sounds at all hours and outside noise (traffic, dump trucks and landscaper blowers) was very intrusive. On the 15th floor. Also, curtains in the bedroom did not fully close and let quite a bit of light in. When ordering room service our food came up cold and was incorrect.
