Pros (+) We had an issue with initial room given to us and the manager sir kristoff promptly solved our problem and even took care of us. Thank you to all the staff! The rooms are very beautiful and provides great comfort.

Cons (-) The food choices at the breakfast area were not promptly refilled. There was one piece of sliced bread remaining and the container was never refilled. That was today December 2, 2024. The restaurant bill only honored senior citizen discount only for today. The previous 2 days were not granted senior discounts even though we have not been billed for them yet until check out.
