Pros (+) It was very close to everything. Nice restaurants in the hotel. Most staff was friendly except for the lady at front desk that was rude to me on 2-22 at 1:40 am
Cons (-) Front desk receptionist that was working on 2-22 night shift was extremely rude and condescending. It almost felt as if she had a personal problem with me. Even went out of her way to laugh at me and lie about free breakfast.

Our breakfast which was included in our room stay was cold with some item empty and unavailable until after we finished. Pros (+) housekeeping had to be reminded daily - then the last time they left my room door open, fortunately nothing was stolen, then they didn't leave a robe or towels - it was awful
