Pros (+) Another lovely stay at the Westin, now my go-to place whenever I'm in Cape Town. The location is ideal, the service impeccable, and the staff truly make you feel at home—welcoming you by name and always ready to assist.
Cons (-) I would, however, recommend expanding the late-night room service menu. After a late flight, it's always appreciated to have a wider range of options available
