Convenient location, great to have breakfast on site, and the pantry was a helpful bonus.

The whole venue was gorgeous. Our room was bigger and had a sofa which we didn't expect.
The badminton net was broken, but we were able to just hit it back and forth between us.
Nice third floor corner room, went to sleep listening to the Wildcat River just outside the hotel. We love the facility, and the location. We had a wonderful breakfast there, very friendly wait staff (as always). We stay here often. Price can vary, we tend to stay when price is down because it can be expensive.
We used to eat here every time we stay in Jackson, whether on the property or not. But the dinner prices have gotten too high, the menu selections more limited, and the size of the portions smaller, so we don't eat dinner here as often.

Dinner was delicious. The room was very nice. I do appreciate the private hot tub. Breakfast was very good. I was appreciative of the option to order eggs. I am a vegetarian so there weren't many "hardy options" on the buffet for me.
A vegetarian option at breakfast that wasn't a high carb/sugary food (Pancakes). My hallmates all snatched the cookies before I got one. That was pretty disappointing.
Enjoyed the proximity to skiing and the comfortable accomodations, especially the Alpine Lounge for drinks.

I thought everything was actually so beyond belief! When we arrived it was as though we had pulled straight into a Hallmark movie. There was not a thing I didn't like, but I do always believe that improvement has room everywhere. I think a bit more snacks in the "pantry" would be great. There were chips but I think CLIFF/granola bars and maybe another cold snack like a pickle bag or something would bring it over the top and offer more choice.
