The guest house was well located and had the facilities that we needed. The owners were very attentive.also the choice of breakfast was plentiful.
Both my friend and I really enjoyed our stay, the owner John was an absolute gentleman, nothing was any trouble to him, the room was very comfortable, clean and had everything you needed, located centrally and lovely views, the breakfast was continental exceptional and tasty, overall excellent stay look forward to returning.
The only issue was the stairs, my friend struggled a bit but for future stays we can request the ground floor room, other than that no complaints.
Great place to stay in Pitlochry, very close to the shops and restaurants. Our host John was very caring and helpful . The breakfast was exceptional, beyond our expectations. The room was very cosy,spotless and comfortable.

This is an excellent b&b. Very comfortable homely rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, TV, wifi - and all very clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Right in the heart of Pitlochry so easy access to town on foot - and wider transport links to other places. Hosts were exceptional - very welcoming and John is a very entertaining conversationalist.
We have stayed at this property for two evenings. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is nice, well-decorated and comfortable. The best part was the super nice and friendly host!
We liked everything
Handy for local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, very fresh, great choices. Fruit juice, cereals, porridge, yogurts, fresh fruit, oatcakes. Was offered boiled eggs or croissants and pain au chocolate. There was a homemade apple torte too. Maps available to borrow, and a shoe rack for mucky boots. Photo is our room view

Close proximity to shops and restaurants, an engaging host and an extensive continental breakfast we're what I appreciated most at this b&b.
The furniture and decor were a bit dated and the bed didn't have any "spring" to it. The shower worked but has a spot on the floor that you could stand on as it needed to be repaired, and there were dead insects inside the bathroom light fixture.
Continental breakfast was very tasty. Lovely muesli, fresh fruit salad and toast. Range of food available was good. Location great just a five minute walk to the high street.
A very friendly welcome and parking onsite.
