Pros (+) Been coming here for years with “the girls”. Love pre season to stay away from the hoards of summer tourists. Hopefully will be able to keep the tradition going for a few more years. Staff always courteous and helpful. I generally stay in the room on the third floor with the two twin beds. I think the bed by the window is definitely due for a new mattress. I have a back problem and I hardly got an...

Cons (-) Could have let me know that Capt Ron was continuing to drive up to Great Point Lighthouse. (He didn’t do it last year) That is generally a highlight of my trip. I definitely missed that.

Pros (+) Beautiful manicured property with ocean views. Rooms are fairly small, but super cozy. Very friendly staff. Great restaurant and food choices.

Cons (-) The walls feel like were made out of thin paper and the very thin doors didn’t keep all the noise and commotion on the corredor from coming through. The two different rooms we had during our stay were very loud.
