The size of the rooms, staff were excellent, beds very comfy, pool and view were fantastic, good selection at breakfast.
Pool closes at 7pm which is too early. Restaurant menu is a little lost in translation. The rib eye steak is not a steak, it is small pieces of meat chopped up. Other meals weren’t as described.
TV has only TV channels and YouTube, no Netflix or anything like that
Watson Premium spectacular place to stay. Rooftop bar and pool a highlight. Spacious well furnished room.

A bit far from the center. Perfect for a night before or after the cruise on ha long bay

Nice room but no shower only tub with handheld wand. Inconvenient to shower but doable
