Pros (+) The location was perfect, right on the beach with great views. The room was amazing, large with a small balcony, very light and airy. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Pros (+) Location was nice, so was the room. Reception staff very welcoming.
Cons (-) Food and service was average at best. Limited menu and basic. Breakfast was also a little disappointing.

Cons (-) Afternoon tea was poor 😞 Scones were dry and hard (the team did replace with cakes from the counter but no money off - if you are charging £35 for an afternoon tea then it should be better quality than that) Breakfast staff could have been a bit more welcoming and smiley (we were there 3 nights and it was the same each day, but everyone has their off days!)

Pros (+) We loved the hotel especially the sea view room we had requested. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities - tea/coffee/biscuits and also lovely toiletries. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great choice with something to suit everyone.
Cons (-) Unfortunately our room was at the front and we found it very noisy with the road traffic, however all in all it did not detract from a lovely overnight stay.
