Beautiful location, Hotel in good shape, high end spa and equipments

I loved everything really. I came here for my birthday weekend and to heal after a rough year and a recent surgery ( 2 weeks ago). They made that possible. The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. They gifted me a mini cake, bouquet of flowers, a massage and decorated my bed with flower petals. Which made me really happy and glad to have chosen the view Bouznika previously known as Vichy...
We were there at the perfect time. From 2-6 January 2025, we were lucky because there was enough guests to experience the full menu. Not so lucky the last 2 days, but the excellent staff was able to get almost anything that was not displayed the last 2 days. The restaurant was amazing
An incredible place! We had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. The breakfast was beyond praise, and the service was top-notch. Amazing breakfast!! Tons of selection.
Staff had a mix up with the menu and overcharged us. Was difficult to get resolved
The house keeping are very kind, especially Ayoub, he is an amazing host! The Spa is wonderful and very relaxing, very professional infrastructure and staff... All swimming pools water come from the ocean
The bed is à bit uncomfortable, and the décoration in the room is average. Also the little snacks at the minibar are overpriced since the rooms are already expensive
