The staff was extremely kind and attentive, with a special mention for Yousra (Guest Relations Service), who assisted us throughout our stay and took great care of us from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and the dedication of its staff, who go above and beyond to make the experience truly special 🫶❤️

I loved everything really. I came here for my birthday weekend and to heal after a rough year and a recent surgery ( 2 weeks ago). They made that possible. The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. They gifted me a mini cake, bouquet of flowers, a massage and decorated my bed with flower petals. We were there at the perfect time. From 2-6 January 2025, we were lucky because there was enough guests to experience the full menu. Not so lucky the last 2 days, but the excellent staff was able to get almost anything that was not displayed the last 2 days.
