Beautiful 5 star hotel. Excellent facilities. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced. Excellent spa facilities.
Drinks were very expensive which is not unusual for a 5 star hotel but almost £9 for two cokes is a lot! The concierge was not very proactive when trying to book golf courses.

Staff service was very friendly with nothing too much trouble. Breakfast and the Italian restaurant first class. The room space was very good, quiet with good size veranda. We used the well equipped gym most afternoons.
Room cleaning could have been a bit better. It was good but could have been excellant

Bookings.com giving me a confirmed Price but then had to pay €74 more on arrival . Also been told I had a free taxi but that did not happen and I had to pay them for one.
The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was very well presented and was served till 11:00AM. The pools are great. It was relaxing.
We ate at the Italian restaurant and it was not good. They didn’t have great choice and my shrimps were undercooked. The pasta was tasteless. My risotto was bland. The spa is great. My massage was super.
Great breakfast, although as everything is made to order it means by the time you wait at one station (e.g. for eggs) your item (moroccan pancakes etc) are already cold. Nonetheless, the options are brilliant, all fresh ingredients, and high quality. Big rooms and nice balconies. Comfy bed. Nice staff and amazing spa treatments and pool. The hotel charged £70 more than the booking.com indication. They didn't provide an invoice at check in, just a document to sign (in French) and no breakdown, when I queried this they stated it was because booking.com takes a commission or that they use a different exchange rate. I only made the booking two days before, so not sure how the exchange rate could fluctuate that much, seemed a bit dodgy...Read more
