Rambling historic palazzo, beautiful renovation, ingenious design elements, thoughtful, kind and attentive staff, lovely welcome, the water-side canal terrace, courtyard, bathroom products (especially little cans of shower gel)
Wayfinding within the hotel
wanderful hotel very romantic the palace is so beautiful you dont want to leave it. the food is fresh and tasty . a very nice atmosphere siting on the grand cannal for a breakfast and waching the gondolas sailing in front of you its amazing !
Claudia was really nice and easy to deal with. I also enjoyed our breakfast experience.
I would have enjoyed a room with a view
staff , food , room comfort , location and cleanliness and the view
the room and the lobby and elevators are almost dark and very small light , and the interior does not make you feel comfortable in such light .
Amazing building, wonderful location for both walking and river taxis.
Nothing, a building of this age will always have some challenges but it’s beautifully restored and maintained.
The location was perfect. breakfast served on the banks of the canal and the views were just amazing. The food served was excellent with good options

Lived up to expectations, the location is excellent. enjoyed both the restaurant and bar facilities. Staff were always very attentive, helpful and friendly.
