wanderful hotel very romantic the palace is so beautiful you dont want to leave it. the food is fresh and tasty . a very nice atmosphere siting on the grand cannal for a breakfast and waching the gondolas sailing in front of you its amazing !
Claudia was really nice and easy to deal with. I also enjoyed our breakfast experience.

staff , food , room comfort , location and cleanliness and the view
the room and the lobby and elevators are almost dark and very small light , and the interior does not make you feel comfortable in such light .

Nothing, a building of this age will always have some challenges but it’s beautifully restored and maintained.
The location was perfect. breakfast served on the banks of the canal and the views were just amazing. The food served was excellent with good options

The hotel is utterly breathtaking. Brilliantly combines old with new. Arriving by water taxi its clear youve arrived at the only place to stay in Venice. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Ask them for recommendations!! They will send you to local favorites & hidden gems. They are remarkable. Don't leave without having their spritz. The lemon foam? Perfection.
