Pros (+) The room is spacious and well designed.
Cons (-) The staff are not very welcoming or warm, a lot of the times when in the lobby they won’t greet you. This is not adequate service for a 5 star hotel. Also, the hotel breakfast is very average.

Cons (-) Security was lax. The lounge area inside was small and offering was poor and the coffee prices totally unreasonable! You can get amazing coffee at Fuel @ Pacific Place for half the price.

Nestled right in the midst of the hotel cluster at Admiralty Station, the location provides transportation convenience and plenty of dining options and nearby Wan Chai. Upper House’s room design has been widely acclaimed, so really, there is no need for any further elaboration. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Pros (+) The room is absolutely huge and spectacular. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gym is out of this world and opened 24h. Room service is fast and actually very well priced too.
Cons (-) Honestly, nothing. Everything was absolutely perfect. Would a massive lobby be nice? Yes but the whole point of Upper House is to sacrifice a bit of common spaces in order to offer big rooms.
