Bedroom was lovely, and the location and decor was very nice. Breakfast was good.
Other than the restaurant manager, the rest of the staff wasn’t very friendly. First staff to greet us didn’t ask anything just immediately asked us to pay. No smiles or greeting. Also waitresses ill informed about the menus. Burger was too greasy had to return it. Risotto was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, room was in good condition, hotel was clean and quiet
Our first time to stay at The Twelve despite being a regular visitor to Galway. More than happy with our short break at The Twelve. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The bar was lively for a Monday night and we enjoyed our time there. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was lovely. Hotel is nice, beds were unbelievably comfortable.
Rooms have tiny hallways outside them so if another family is going into their room you will hear them very loudly. Wooden floor in this hallway doesn’t help, probably makes it echo even more. The food was fine but not at all what I was expecting for the price!!! My god, very mediocre. Lovely spacious rooms and a great restaurant

Large, comfortable, quiet room. Helpful staff. Excellent value breakfast, individually cooked, plus buffet.
Parking is very tight.
The staff were exceptionally helpful as we had to relocate due to an extended period of power outage due to storm damage. Everyone in the hotel was warm and welcoming, nothing was a problem!

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast after having had an evening meal on the eve of our arrival. There was such a vast choice for both sittings, with our sincere thanks to the chef/s & staff too as the service was also superb. The over-all hospitality at The Twelve was fabulous from start to finish and we would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend, too.
We found everything to our satisfaction as all the questions confirm so. (Maybe a bigger TV screen in our luxury room, but these may vary in size throughout hotel, so very trivial).
