Cons (-) The only complaint I have is valet parking was unorganized. I received a text my vehicle was ready which it was no where to be found. 20 min. later still not available. For $55 to park (with tax) it should be a well organized machine.

Pros (+) The facility was PERFECT for a concert at Fiserv. The restaurants make it so convenient to never leave the hotel prior to the show, and the rooms and entire facility are immaculately clean. We loved it!

Cons (-) When we first checked in, the lady just rattled off what she had to say but we couldn’t understand her. The bar was very expensive for drinks. Gave us drink tokens but couldn’t use them for a mixed drink.
