Pros (+) The hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to everywhere we went. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable.

Cons (-) The room they put us in had electrical issues. They moved us to a second room, and guess what it also had electrical issues. Finally, we moved to our third room. This is supposed to be a very upscale hotel. Extremely disappointed.
