Great design touches, funky art, and wonderfully helpful and cheerful staff.
Only problem was the structural beam in the room.. how not to trip over it at nighttime
Unique and spectacular hotel inside an old TV tower in central Nagoya with very comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, great service and spectacular breakfast, both Japanese and Western
Nothing major, a great experience! Minor points: not enough light in the bathroom, and skip the salad in the western breakfast option, there’s already enough other delicious food!
It was so beautiful and the staff were incredible

Beautiful unique hotel in the Nagoya tv tower with exceptional service. The welcome sweets and the breakfast were delicious. We didn't try the private access to the tower (hours were 10pm-midnight and 530am-730am while we were there) but our room was very spacious with an amazing view anyway. To top it off, there was easy access to the subway and plenty of great restaurants nearby.
Nothing.
The hotel was a very unique and modern design, art everywhere, and really thoughtful details throughout. The location was terrific and the park around has a lot of amenities like restaurant, coffee shops, and great places to hang out. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. “Japanese breakfast” was our first in Japan and was delicious and challenging and an adventure everyday.
WOW. This was a superior experience from start to finish. Rooms were art, welcome goodies gorgeous and delicious. Do yourself a favour and indulge in breakfast (behind the hidden door!!!) -- you honestly won't find a better one in the entire country. This is one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in.
Absolutely nothing could be improved. Bravo.
Delicious breakfast, cozy room and excellent services
Toilet needs more lighting
Absolutely superb accommodation! Everything was perfect.
They did not accept my card (it worked all over Japan), luckily we paid in advance, and have enough cash to pay for a wine.
The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.
