Pros (+) The rooms and bathroom were huge and very comfortable. The location was very central to downtown as well as UT

Pros (+) The property is beautiful, the room was gorgeous and spacious. Everyone was so kind.
Cons (-) The dining experience was not great. The food was poor quality and the restaurant was under staffed. I attempted to order room service twice with no answer. I ended up eating at the bar.

Pros (+) They had a hotel shuttle, which was just a SUV, available to take you to destinations within 3 square miles of the hotel. We utilized it to go to dinner and back and it was great.

Pros (+) Well kept with and in a pretty good location. Front desk staff was awesome.
Cons (-) The lounge was a train wreck. Struggled to get food or drinks.

Pros (+) The dinner we had in your restaurant was excellent. The staff was great and the food even better.
Cons (-) Would have liked to have an extra blanket available in the closet. No laundry bag available. We were caught in the rain and were completely soaked and had nothing to put our wet clothes in.
