A perfect stay, all in all!
1. Stylish Hotel. The design of interiors and exteriors is perfect and looks good. The hotels garden is gorgeous. A great place to walk tonight. 2. 1. The room was somewhat worn out and that’s really weird for a hotel of one year age. 2. The conditioner doesn’t work to cool the room. 3. The cleanliness of rooms is not perfect. Beautiful hotel.
Air condition cannot be adjust, its set on 24, and it was too hot in the room.
Excellent breakfasts. Gorgeous sea and coastline.
Disposable slippers were brought to the room only after a separate request (this is surprising for a hotel of this level). They did not congratulate my wife on her birthday (they could have at least left a greeting card).
Good environment. Nice everywhere. A relax place that I would like to come again.
Re the buffet restaurant, dishes are not clean. In room, pillows are not comfortable.
We had a seaview suite, though the seaview was only able to be seen if we were out at the balcony and at an angle. The bedroom was bright, spacious, and high ceiling. Move decor throughout the hotel. New and clean but need work on staff training and service.
Breakfast has lots of choices, but the quality was average for what you paid for. Staff english level and helpfulness need to improve. The pool bar had no staff most of the day during pool opening hours and no contact information available on how you could order drinks or contact any staff. Very very nice hotel. The hotel is a lot nicer than in the photos. Fantastic pool area, excellent breakfast. The design is amazing. Woul surely come back.
Please install a charging facility for electric bikes in the parking. Please take care (even if it's not a part of the hotel territory) of the small path that gets to the beach as it is full of rubbish and really unpleasant.
