All was fantastic
Parking was slightly critical with all the heavy tourist traffic around
Location was great, staff members were great, the breakfast was delicious (though not as diversified as I think).
Dinner was delayed and I sat in the dining hall waiting for an hour to get my food. The waitress was nice and reacted properly though.
Need more USB charging ports
Excellent location ! Awesome breakfast and drinks ! The private garden is heavenly !
Needs air conditioning in the summer .. a fan is not enough during the day
Lovely location in the Cotswolds. The hotel spaces are beautifully decorated. We had a large room overlooking the garden with a wonderful selection of coffees and teas. The staff was outstanding! Shoutout to Natalia at the front desk for the warm welcome and assisting us with all our needs. The food at the hotel was delicious!
I loved the whole atmosphere. The look, the location, the comfort. They were super dog friendly too. On the whole it was a great experience.
The location is great to enjoy Bibury when the tour groups stop operating.
Granted that this is an old hotel, the windows had mold/mildew on them. Check-in was quick but the staff didn't provide any further information as to parts of the hotel guests could enjoy (i.e. garden, patio, etc.) and there weren't any information in our rooms either. Although the parking lot was for the hotel, nobody monitors it so a lot of the spots were taken up by visitors to the town.
The hotel is located very centrally and has a lovely outside garden for food and drinks. Inside it is clean and decorated beautifully. Really nice refreshments, tea and coffee provided in the rooms. High end products for the bath Room service is great. It's a great way to treat yourself.
The hotel only has parking for 7-8 cars in the front and they're always occupied. We had to park in one of the additional parking areas down the road but the traffic for getting there and back was a nightmare. The town is clearly very popular and large tourist couches arrive every morning with busy crowds everywhere. The beds in our room weren't very comfortable unfortunately. couldn't turn the radiator down or of in the bath room ( the room was boiling hot )
