Wonderful location that was convenient for being on the UChicago campus and also close to nearby transit. Everything was clean and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth thanks to the helpful and friendly staff who always have a smile.
Great breakfast/dinner at the restaurant. Rooms spacious.
some noise from the water pipes in the bathroom
No coffee machine, fridge or microwave in room. Not even coffee early in the morning in the lobby , empty, then a cup brought from kitchen, but no milk available. Seriously, for the cost of the room, coffee should be available. For those of us who rented a car and drove, better instructions for parking structure would have been appreciated.

Staff is amazing and so accommodating! Beds are comfortable.

The study is modern clean and comfortable and is in a great location for anyone wanting to visit UChicago or its students. It is a great base for walks to various parts of the campus and the upper floors have good views. The rooms are large with comfortable beds, circulation space and good bathrooms. There are no fridges or tea coffee facilities in the rooms. Frustrating if you are not intending on eating out all the time. The restaurant/bar downstairs has a nice atmosphere for a drink but we have eaten here on two separate visits and the food has been underwhelming on both occasions. Not actually bad but just not as good as you would expect. Eat in BarDavid next door or go into town.Read more
