Location perfect. View of St Pancras stunning. Upgraded 'King of Kings' room was gorgeous and the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Decor very 'cool', room very spacious. Fittings all high quality. Rooftop bar superb.
All was excellent.
Nice hotel overall had to upgrade to get the nice view of Kings Cross. Room was good and spacious. in a weird way corridors and lifts have cruise ship vibe decoration wise. staff let us check in early free of charge which was amazing. great location super convenient to go to Luton airport.
reception doesn't strike you as 5 stars. the bar with view was fully booked and could not be accessed. minibar as always ridiculously overpriced, 45 quid for a small bottle of bubbly... no swimming pool in hotel.
Following our stay at the standard it has now become my first choice of hotel in London. Superb in every way.

The room was incredibly nice, staff was amazingly friendly. 24 hour room service was also great quality.

The bedroom had faults that I pointed out at the time. The rust...peeling painted area around the sink was well below star rating for the hotel.

They charge you with a 5% fee for the tip ?! WTF never seen that ever. You pay already quite a price. On top of it, they charge you in advance for 242 euros (for mini bar etc) and 5 days since the check out and they still haven’t reimbursed me. A shame. Do better with you customers please.
The location is perfect
For what we paid it wasn’t good enough. Very dated in places and quite basic.
