Most of the staffs were helpful and trying to help, however their English need to be improved to handle international customers. The fridge was broken ,the sinks in the bathroom were not working properly, and the bath door was broken… I don’t think this is acceptable in St Regis which is a high end brand hotel in Marriott family. Location is not close to key spots in Zhuhai, but I enjoyed a quiet stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were attentive.
