Great location , well situated, private and personal

I like the way Reception treated, we were have birthday celebration and without asking any upgrade c they did all wat we needed, room upgrade cake etc.
Breakfast, some of team members are so good especially Hostess, but then after seated its like a choas, not the standard of St. Regis, they even for Lunch, Waiter took our order was excellent then again others do not really cared.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the egg options, the healthy juices, and the great coffee. The hotel was also very child-friendly, which made our stay even better. What I didn’t like was the lack of response from some of the front desk staff. When I checked in, I informed the receptionist that one of the rooms had children and kindly requested that alcoholic beverages be removed. Great hotels great stay
All in all
Luxurious hotel with meticulous attention to detail and guest experience. Everything was superb from check in to a room upgrade and our time at the hotel. Will certainly come back to stay at this hotel next time we visit Dubai. Absolutely stunning.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel’s amenities were very good, especially the shower room whenever your room is not ready for early check in.

Rooms are amazing clean modern and comfortable
You can hear the neighbor next door while he is entering and going out and voices they supposed on sound isolation
nice size of the room, perfect bed, really nice pool, really close to the center, perfect service
bad light-concept, way to dark in the room, annoying to switch lights on/off the air condition its way to loud! (sounds exactly like you are in a plane) - please get this fix immediately.
