Cons (-) Poor cleaning, trays with food remains on the floor of all the room corridors, very diverse and uninformed staff, the attention is that of a 4-star hotel.

Pros (+) I’ve stayed in many amazing hotels but st. Regis services was from far the best I’ve ever had. I was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff. Everything was perfectly and smooth. I had the best experience ever.

Cons (-) The charge to use spa amenities is overpriced considering the services provided. Not much space. Given the caliber of property and location I expected a better and more modern spa.

Pros (+) The breakfast in room is main reason why stay wasn’t excellent. The coffee was made by someone who doesn’t care, doesn’t value their morning cup. The toasted English Muffins were inevitably near cold. Bringing me two when I ordered one didn’t resolve this. Every day I said one muffin, hot, and I got two, cold. Cons (-) The breakfast and morning coffee. The coffee made us dread the first sip. I almost was going to go buy a coffee maker. The English muffins were near cold. Unappetizing. These are so simple, it’s Inexplicable why room service can’t manage better.
