Property was good, new and clean
The food in the italian restaurant was not up to the standards. The ragú was as hot as pulled beef to put in a mexican taco….. they offered a champagne drink at 6.30 pm and it was over by 6.50…… the restaurant outside by the pool was not ready to receive people, they cleaned the floor while we were eating….. And the waiter kids were great but need trainning.
Amazing staff. Very kind, very professional, so special. Two of us were celebrating our wedding anniversary and your people went far, far beyond our dreams and expectations. They made us fell like we celebrated this occasion with family and friends, thanks for that. We will remember this forever. Flowers, gift, everything! The property is aging a bit and could use a refresh, but is kept to high standards

I disliked that the laundry service is excluded, also the rental price is not including the Entertainment inside the room, as it has to be paid independently!

The staff were very anticipatory, actively looking for my possible needs. I have seen this before, but not at this extent.
The room decor was light and bright, which I like and helped my reading. But its creativity seemed a little lacking, for a great hotel.
Everything. Very professional stuff (special thanks to Mr Moustafa reception). You feel welcomed once you arrive till you leave and everything up to standard. The restaurant and breakfast all were perfect
The spa atmosphere was perfect, yet, the masseuse needs to enhance the massage service as it was not as professional as St Regis standard. Other than that nothing, everything was perfect
Excellent Buffet Breakfast. Excellent staff who were very attentive.
Location not ideal if you prefer to be closer to central Amman.
