Pros (+) It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we got upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a lovely surprise. Also a bottle of champagne and cake was placed in our room on arrival. Amazing! Alvyda in the restaurant and Ellie on reception were outstanding as were the rest of the team.
Cons (-) One little blip was we had lunch in the restaurant on the day we arrived and my food was cold and my husbands was nice and hot, they got the timings wrong in the kitchen. Having said this Alvyda at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and made our stay very special

Pros (+) Location of the hotel was perfect, it was in Soho right next to all the bars minutes from almost everything. The room was amazing it was large comfortable clean the staff was super friendly and nice very helpful polite,excellent service. Though it’s in Soho which is by the nightlife it is super quiet
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like was trying to get into the Parking - it was super and I mean super super tight and narrow if you’ve got a sports car which is lowered like mine, you will find it very hard and struggle to get it in
